Rann Utsav 2022 Tour Package Gujarat known as Rann of Kutch Festival or simply known as rann festival is going to be held for three month of every year in winter season. This kutch festival offers kutch attractions like White Rann, Mandvi Beach, Handicrafts villages, textiles of kutch made by local artist, unforgettable beautiful natural wonders and Heritage of Kutch Tourism. This Rann Utsav Tour Package will give tourist amazing experience of Kutch Mahotsav.
Departure & Return Location
- 08:15 AM – From Bhuj Railway Station to Rann Utsav
- 10:00 AM – From Railway Station, Bhuj
- 01:30 PM – From Railway Station, Bhuj
- 03:30 PM – From Airport, Bhuj
- 09:30 AM – Check out from The Tent City.
- 11:30 AM to 10:30 AM – Depart to Bhuj.
Price Includes
- Pickup from Bhuj [Railway Station / Airport] to Dhordo Tent City. [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C. basis]
- Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
- Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
- Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

Day 1 Transfers from Bhuj to Tent City, Dhordo on fixed Timings

No Complimentary transfers will be available after above timings.
Individual transfer is available on request (chargeable).
Allotment of tent to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability. Distance from Bhuj to Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 kilometre, which takes about 1 hr 45 minutes.

Shri Swaminarayan Temple |
(Approx. time 20 min) Made of marble, intricate carvings adorn the pillars and ceiling of the most expensive temple built in the state of Gujarat recently. |
Kutch Museum |
(Approx. time 30 min) Temporarily closed due to Covid-19. |
Bhujodi |
(Approx. time 40 minutes) Handicraft village: Hiralaxmi Craft Park – a vision to preserve, restore and promote the art and craft of Kutch and make them accessible to the public. The handicraft village is where live artisans can be seen working. The cost of entry (if any) will be borne by the guest. In case guests have to reach Railway Station / Airport / Bus Stand earlier for their onward journey, they will have to arrange it on their own. Timings of any such departure should be notified at the reception at the time of check-in. (Bhujodi will remain closed on Monday). |

**Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
**Tax rate would be GST 18% (9% CGST and 9% SGST).
**Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
**In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).
**Name change shall be treated as cancellation and cancellation policy shall be applied.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to schedule arrival
- 70% refund if cancelled before 15 days but less than 30 days prior to schedule arrival.
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to schedule arrival.
